This year marks 10 years of Bridport Youth and Community Centre supporting the Community of Bridport
Over the past decade, BYCC has become a vital space for local young people, offering youth sessions, activities, support, and opportunities, while also providing low cost room hire and a large sports hall for community use. To celebrate this milestone, we are launching a special 10 year appeal to help secure the future of the centre for the next decade and beyond. Funds raised will go towards building maintenance, expanding our programme of activities, and creating even more opportunities for young people and the wider community. You can support the appeal by becoming a Friend of the Centre, joining our 100 Club monthly draw, or making a one off donation.
Welcome to Bridport Youth and Community Centre
Bridport Youth and Community Centre Trust was created to promote positive youth development, establish an inclusive community hub, address social isolation and promote well-being, particularly for those under 21 and over 55.
We run a Youth and Community Centre in Bridport. We offer youth clubs for young people from Bridport and surrounding areas, providing a meeting and activity space where they can take part in a programme of activities to develop life skills and prevent them from becoming socially excluded. We also provide facilities for community groups and partner organisations to run activities and wellness programmes to engage with both younger and older people, which help combat issues such as exclusion, health problems, social isolation and loneliness.
We are a charity and rely on fundraising to support our work.
